As a Gold, Purple or Champion Member, you now have EARLY BIRD ACCESS to the event!

Individual/Small Business & Tiger Members will be able to register on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, following early bird registration for Champion-tier members and above.

Additionally, presenting sponsorships are available now, and each will be provided with a spot at the Career Fair. NOTE: Only one booth will be provided per company.
Individual/Small Business & Tiger Member
Individual/Small Business & Tiger Members will be able to register on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, following early bird registration for Champion-tier members and above.

If you are interested in upgrading your membership, the main bundle coordinator for your business should be able to do so from their CIAC account. If they have any trouble with the procedures for doing so, please have them contact Bryan Wesley at bwesley@wesleyusa.com.

PRESENTING SPONSOR – $1,000.00
i. Have your company name added to the event and displayed in-person as one (1) of five (5) presenting sponsors! Stand out amongst everyone else to the 300+ students that stroll through the career fair.
ii. Includes a booth at the CIAC Career Fair (we will provide a 6' table and a couple chairs).
iii. This sponsorship is also open to non-CIAC members.
Prospective CIAC Member
Non-CIAC Members who are interested in attending this event and possibly joining CIAC will be put on a waitlist. HOWEVER, we have consistently had a large waitlist, and members will take top priority over non-members. Contact ciac@wildapricot.org about getting on the waitlist if you are a non-member.

Registration is closed

Join us for a members-only recruitment event! The CIAC Career Fair will give recruiters a chance to interact with LSU CM and Engineering students the day before Construction Interview Day (CID). This is a fantastic opportunity to fill remaining CID interview slots or meet with students that you were unable to schedule.

Participants will be able to set up a table and have visibility to 200+ students over the course of the event. This is an opportunity you will not want to miss!

Recruiters may set up from 12 - 1 pm, with 1 table & 2 chairs provided per company. Lunch provided for recruiters.

This is a first-come-first-served, MEMBERS-ONLY event with only 50 spots available

Champion, Purple and Gold Members along with Presenting Sponsors shall have access to EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION through January 27, 2026.

Tiger and Individual/Small Business Member registration will begin on January 28, 2026. If you would like to upgrade your membership to Champion or above, you should be able to do so within your account. If you have any trouble doing so, please contact Bryan Wesley at bwesley@wesleyusa.com.
